Throw - We use only the best, Coleman Porcelain.

Trim - For a perfect shape.

Sand - For a perfect finish.

Bisque fire - The first firing.

Grind bottom -  For a perfect fit with the catcher.

Attach catcher - To collect excess glaze as it runs off during firing.

Mix glaze - We mix our own custom glazes.

Glaze firing - Up to 2350 degrees. 

Remove catcher - With a little help from a blow torch.

Polish bottom - to make it "smooth as a babies butt".
